McLaren eyeing strong finish in Valencia....

With the anticipation of F1 returning after a 1 week break to the Valencia Street Circuit, McLaren are hoping to finish strong. Simulator testing with drivers Nathan Jefferies and Colin Bannon prove to be promising with the drivers yet to get any on track practice under their belts. Both drivers were unavailable to comment at this time, but team principal Martin Whitmarsh said, "I can assure you that we will try our hardest this weekend, and so far the work does look promising." Valencia, known to be quite the snoozer of a race, should bring some enthusiasm due to the close pace of the pack this year. We look forward to seeing you in Valencia for the 2012 European Grand Prix.
