F1 2011 League

Confirmed start date for the new season is Friday 30th September, start time yet to be discussed.

Other little aspects of the new season are a little difficult to pin down right now because of the small amount we know about how the new game will work, so expect this to be announced in the week building up to the first race so that we have some time to figure out the best way to run the season.

so how are we doing the team mates thing

some teams have already been confirmed and players that are left can work out if they want to team with each other. if you cannot find a teammate then you can go solo and not be in the constructors championship or have someone who may be able to help you

i need a team mate then i dont want to be on my own

Ino some teams are willing to start a technical partnership XD

what if a team mate cannot drive for a race will there be reserve drivers? just like in f1?

Thatd depend on how many people we can get involved. If we get 20+ then we could split the game in to two lobbies, I think thats the most popular idea around at the moment. If we get between 16-20 then 4 will have to settle for being reserves.

no no split lobbies i would prefer a proper points system if thats the case then lobbie 2 would be pointless . also how would you split the lobbies points wise ? will the winner of say group 2 get 25 points aswell ? that would b odd i think and in that case wouldnt there be more than 2 in a team ? just ideas im putting ascross

If there is 2 lobby's lobby 2 could be to race your way into the top lobby the next week mabe the bottom 3 could drop out and top 3 come in but also have like 3 points for 1st 2 for 2nd 1 for 3rd just so the top 3 have something to race for

Im with you Venom tbf it'd be difficult to get two lobbies working points-wise

has there been cars picked yet or are we waiting till the game cums out.

Lewis & Venom and Dave & Char are 99.9% confirmed for the Merc and Ferrari.

They are going to discuss the times that havent told anyone yet expect it to be friday nights probs about 9
